- Shri Kailash Chandra Meher has been honoured with Padma Shri Awards in Art and Medicine,
- Dr. Taraprasad Das have been conferred with the Padma Shri Awards in Art and Medicine,
- Prof. Jogesh Chandra Pati conferred Padma Shri awards in the field of science and engineering.
